What You'll Need
  • ¾ c. fresh pineapple chunks (frozen will do too)
  • ½ c. coconut milk
  • ½ c. cold filtered water
  • ¼ c. flesh of fresh young coconut (I just like typing that)
  • 1 scoop vegan chocolate shakeology
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil (I use MCT oil)
  • 1 tsp. coconut flakes
  • 6 - 10 ice cubes (depending on if you are using frozen pineaple or fresh + how thick you like your shakes!)
How You Do
  1. Pop all of your ingredients (except the tsp. of coconut flakes) in a high powered blender (I'm a devout Vitamix lover, dubbed my boy-friend around here) and flip the switch on high until smooth, thick and creamy. Garnish with the coconut flakes, fresh pinapple wedge + enjoy!
